First and foremost, we are passionate tourism professionals... and "matchmakers". As an owner-managed company, we have been working as a close and trustworthy partner for and with travel agencies, tour operators, destinations and service providers for almost 30 years, bringing them closer together. The resulting network ensures maximum advantages for our travel agencies with full independence and valuable, because direct, access to potential customers for our partners.

We have been independent for 30 years

We are your partner. We are there when you need us. We do this in close partnership with more than 3,300 travel agencies in Europe as well as many tourism service providers and destinations. Neither travel agencies nor service providers lose their independence when cooperating with us. They become part of a strong community in which our aim is to bring out the best for everyone. We know our trade - in communication, in mediation, in marketing and in sales. But above all, we love to have creative ideas in exchange with our partners and to implement them with our know-how in tailor-made concepts or campaigns.

It all started with 12 travel agencies

How does one actually come up with the idea of founding a travel agency cooperation? As is so often the case in life, chance is as much the godfather as a certain amount of craziness, persistence and a head full of ideas. In 1993, after his first courses at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Manuel Molina, a native Spaniard and passionate airline pilot, had the vision to represent the newly trained travel agents and their travel agencies and to support them in the market. This was the birth of "TSS Touristik Service System GmbH".

At the beginning, twelve travel agencies were on board. Many of them are still loyal companions today. This does not hide the fact that the start was not entirely easy, but after initial setbacks and above all thanks to the tireless commitment of Manuel Molina and Horst Lösch, who had been employed by TSS as its first employee since 1994, it was soon possible to acquire up to 350 travel agencies annually. Manuel Molina always attached particular importance to independence in order to retain the freedom to make strategic as well as purely operational business decisions. To this day, the TSS partner agencies are granted a maximum of independence. The offices are not bound to the cooperation by long-term contracts, but we convince them with the added value of cooperation in a large network and partnership at eye level.
